Archer c5400 running at 99-100% CPU and near 50% memory constantly

I have noticed that my router is constantly running at 99-100 % CPU. And memory at 50%. If I reboot the router it runs low CPU at ~5-10 % for some days. After a few weeks, I notice it is high again.
My router is HW revision 2. Firmware 1.2.0 20170630 build. I use all three bands and average about 20 devices connected. A USB 2TB WD drive I use for backups and also as FTP server. I have three IP cameras, that upload images and short video clips via FTP to the disk. Looking at Logs and statistics, do not see any obvious issues.
Anyone have seen similar problems. Thanks.
