Connect to Devices on Guest Network

I have a bunch of Chromecasts. Visitors who connect to the guest network should be able to cast to those Chromecast devices. Hence I have to put the Chromecast devices on the guest network. The problem I have is that once they are on the guest network my wired devices that are on the 'private' (the non-guest network) won't see the Chromecast devices. How can the devices on the 'private' network see the devices on the public network without the devices on the public network seeing the devices on the 'private' network?

Wow, there sure is a lot of spam on this forum. Not sure what that says about tp-link.... As for my original problem, for now I keep my chromcast devices on the private network and therefore don't allow guests to stream music/video to my devices. At a later stage I might consider putting the Chromcast devices on a separate VLAN and add a second router. Then I would allow both routers to access the Chromcast devices. This should separate the devices from my 'private' LAN. Would this work? Also, could they still get internet access through that second router (the AT&T wireless connection in my house is pretty bad).
