With a port forwarded but the firewall setting on Medium (and the port is 9880, not a usual one), the port does not appear to be allowed out. With firewall on Low, it works. Is there a way to allow only the one additional port through on a Medium firewall setting?

My real question is probably how to add to those default lists.

doesn't seem to be a way to add a port to the list
