Archer C5400 - Antivirus Security No "Save" Button

Is it normal to have no "Save" button on the page for the three Security->Antivirus features so that you can't activate them? I wrote to customer support and they said I should factory reset my router and not use my saved settings file, which is ridiculous because it would take hours to set the router up again with all the settings I change and set. I have only had the router up for a week or so, but there was never a "Save" button on the Antivirus page from the beginning.Yes, I have the latest firmware version installed. This is hardware v2.
