Router is not working. I've gone through the setup, it says the internet is working, but it isn't. I've restarted computer, router, modem, everything. Cell isn't getting working either. I've tried calling support and it rings a few times then disconnects. I've had TP Link before. Lasted 2.5 yrs. Somebody with TPLink better contact me or this is going back to Amazon with the worst review.

Hi,
What's the model of your router? Did you contact your Internet Provider? Does the router have WAN IP address?
