Roku 4 can't connect with tl-pa2010

I had a Roku 2 XS that worked fine with TL-PA2010. Then I unplugged it and plugged in a Roku 4. Roku gives 012 error, can't fine internet.
I plugged Roku 4 directly into the router and it worked fine. So there is some issue between Roku 4 and TL-PA2010. Can anyone help?
