I have an issue with my modem frequently restarting on its own. Once the cycle is done it will connect back to the internet. It happens at least six times a day. I have called my ISP and they of course said it is nothing on their end as my phone service works. What could be causing this issue? Could it be my modem losing the DNS server? The service is new here but I have never had any issues like this at previous locations.
