I have your TC-7610 and was wondering what the maximum downstream signal it can handle. Currently I am feeding it about 18.7 dBmV at the highest.
If I put any kind of attenuation in the line to bring it down, it throws my Upstream power up past 50 dBmV and I start to see correctables.
My ISP doesn't seem to be cooperating with me and want to charge me to come out to fix their problem. Everything works great at that high level but I am afraid I will damage my modem
