Archer C3150 VPN server- Client problem --- need help...

I was able to connect to VPN server (Archer C3150) from remote client (Public IP) Windows 10 .as shown below
Here is the routing table from client PC.
As you can see routing table is not supporting me to access any device attached to router Archer C3150.
So technically VPN is no good. Yes it connects but we cannot access any device attached to router LAN.
Please suggest what to do to fix it..
