Hi Team,

My self and your technician trying to configure my local cable internet with rj45 cable in LAN/WAN port using quick setup wireless option.

From last three day's we are struggling to configure the same, the technician also had desktop sharing with me but no luck.

Please help on this need urgent assistance.

W8968 it is typical ADSL router. If you have ethernet connection from your ISP you have to setup router like EWAN. Sorry I don't know your ISP network setup.

Is it i need to upgrade firmware to latest..hope tplink service centre will help me on this
