Archer C50- 5 Ghz issue

I just installed the Archer C50 dual band router. My laptop, desktop, satellite, and all cell phones show the 5ghz band and the 2.5 ghz. The TV (vizio smart TV) and xbox only pick up the 2.5ghz band. Any idea why those two won't pick up both bands?
