Connecting multiple wired devices to WiFi through PE350

Hardware Version :

Hi,
I have an Archer C7 Dual-Band Router (works great), and in another room, I have 3 wired devices which I want to connect to the network.
I would like to solve this by putting in a gigabit switch, connecting the 3 devices to it, and connecting that switch also to a PE350 extender.
My worry is, the PE350 manual says the Ethernet port may not be connected to a ROUTER... but it is OK to connect it to a SWITCH for the scenario above?
Thanks in advance if anyone can help,
Robert
