I was facing the exact same error of Netflix code nw-2-5. Let me know if you find one, :)

The issue was resolved with the release of build 20170314.

What is tricky about the cable modems is that you can not update the firmware like a traditional router, you need to have the ISP push the update. 

Try the methods in this similar Netflix error article in which I have fixed these types of issues.
