Constant Connected No Internet Issue
Hello all,
This is my second Wi-Fi 7 router and I am experiencing the same issue as the last one but not as bad. The other router was a Netgear nighthawk and just got rid of it and switched to this one within the week. What is happening is my Samsung Fold Z6 will say it is connected to either Wi-Fi 6 or 6E but when I try to use the internet it will not load. I then check my WiFi status and it will say "Connected no internet" until I turn off and back on. This happens constantly and is really annoying. I am on wired network for most devices in the house but the wireless ones seem to struggle. It is not only my Fold Z6 it seems to happen to a Galaxy S24 Ultra and a few other laptops and such. I have tried locking all the WiFi settings to a static channel then auto channel, turned off/on OFDMA/MU-MIMO MLO, turned off/on PSC, changed the channel width but nothing seems to work. I do have the 2.4 and 5GHz set to smart connect with a mesh lay out. In the room I am in I have a consistent 3 to 4 bars of signal across all bands of internet. I have IPV6 turned on no guest network or IoT. Everything else is set to default like dynamic IP and default MAC Address and have Flow control RX and TX enabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This router has really good speeds and range plus I like the interface both on the mobile app and web app way more than Netgear/Nighthawk. If anyone has any insight please let me know. If anymore information is needed from me please let me know. I will be way for the weekend this is posted so response may take a few days.
