Hi,

When I hide my SSID for the 2.4GHz IoT Wifi, Ring alarm base station loses connection.

With my previous AX55Pro router, I performed the same action and my Ring alarm base station connection worked fine.

I can only get my Ring alarm base station connection if I unhide my IoT ssid.

Is this a bug with the BE3600 router?  Please address it in the next firmware release!

BR,

Francis

Not sure why you have the issue. I know some IOT devices have issues with some routers as there is a standard but everyone does it a bit differently.

Why are you using the hidden network option?  It does not hide the network as it can be found. I have read some Apple notices that say it is less secure and your device exposes more info about your network.  Do a bit of research.

I do not use hidden networks.
