Adding NordVPN blocks all internet access

After setting up the NordVPN OpenVPN on my new BE23 Deco router and setting up the access permission list for both wifi and ethernet devices, each client in the list has lost their internet connection. Tested with client computers (wifi/ethernet) smart switches, wifi cameras, and other IoT devices.

They are connected to the router but no longer have internet access.

Removing them from the access permission list restores their internet connection.
