Model: Archer C1900
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Would not accept my device model. However ...

The device is an Archer C9(US) and after several years of good service MY Device no longer allows internal tplinkwifi.net access or 192.168.0.1 access to allow admin menu access. No ability to manage mac address control. No ability to restore config backups. All Mac controlled devices lost. Can only access SSIDs via factory password but no access at all to the Router itself. No answers relating to Windows parameters, firewalls, etc have any effect.

Device is toast. What happened TP-Link? HOW DO I GET MY DEVICE MENU BACK?? (And reload a working config file)

  @ArcherC8

I have this same issue with the same device model. This is a bs answer. And it does not work.

The device will not answer the tplinkwifi.net, tplinklogin.net, or 192.168.0.1 . 2.4g and 5g SSIDs are accessible by devices with the factory password but the device itself is not manageable. All internal management is lost.

TP-LINK owes us a better answer. Is the a firmware update issue? Is there a fix? Was a really good product but is now crp. TP-LINK please give an solution. It's not an opsys issue, it is a device issue.

Here's how to find your router IP address.

Once determined, open a browser and point it to http://<router_IP_adress>

If this still doesn't work for you, reset the router to its factory settings (as suggested before).

Archer C9 v1 is an "End of Life" router long time ago. It's latest FW release is 10 years old - details.
