Why am I loosing connection with ISP

Dear Community.
I have TP Link BE 10000 (Deco BE63). I schedule it to restart 3:00 am every day to clear the memory out. It is connected to a Giga Bit modem. Time to time I loose the internet connection. I am working with ISP provider to resolve the issue, looking at the modem light it appears that modem is working normal when the connection is lost. Is there a way to get an Alert any time an interface looses a connection with modem? Or if the internet connection fails. I am not sure how to pin point the problem any other way. I will really appreciate if someone could guide me in the right direction. I also have logs enabled but I don’t see any report or log generated in Deco.
