If you need a log from the web ui just reach out I know it has more info than the app log

They may need that but if the do they will reachout directly from the case created when you sent the app logs.

Any updates on this? Haven't heard anything from support yet also you guys need to do something about the spamers on this site it's getting BAD!

Thank you.  I see what happened.  Instead of being directed directly to who this should of gone to, the cases was referred to the AI and it closed the case because of no response.  I have forwarded this to the proper engineer, the one i was personally working with, to address this.  I asked them to reach out to you as well.
