Yeah this product is super frustrating to deal with. 
All I am trying to do is setup a simple vpn. 

When I did it the way TP-Link said to from the app it added my vpn just fine. However I didn't have any internet access.
So, then I went on my pc, logged in and follwed the manual setup. Then I wasn't able to enable the new manually added vpn service.

So, I delete both vpn's so I could start from scratch. Well now, my vpn client has nothing. No button, no Add button. Just an ad to buy nord or shark vpns.

On top of that. Your "chat" button does absolutely nothing.

I have rebooted several times. Reset the router twice, unplugged it. Next I guess is just to return it and get an actual router that works?
