Model: Archer AX1800
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20240822 REL 44461(5553)

I installed the most recent firmware update for my Archer AX1800 and as soon as I had to VPN Connect for work, the Big-IP Edge Client that my company uses keeps disconnecting and reconnecting periodically. I will note that I connect to WiFi with my work computer, and this has worked well for many years. This only began after the firmware update to my router. I worked through several troubleshooting steps with internal company support. They feel that it is likely an issue with the router firmware update OR the ISP. I called my ISP and they confirmed that aside from the two times that I powercycled my modem and router today, there were no drops and they also shared that all signal strengths were in range from their end. So, that leaves me with trying to roll back my firmware update OR purchase a new router and see if I can get my VPN to work correctly. I do note that they optimized performance for Quality of Service (QoS), but it feels like a downgrade to me since my work computer is already is indicated to have QoS assigned to it while all other devices (except my partner's work computer) have QoS turned OFF. So, I am pondering downloading the old firmware that worked and installing that to the router to see if that makes a bit of a difference since that is the only thing that has changed. If anyone else has any other ideas, I would certainly welcome them.
