Please help:

I just tried to enter the device config and it does not work. I reset the device by pressing the back button and same thing.

TL-SG108E came with a simple manual it says that config is at 192.168.0.1 but I can't access that and while I pinged it there is 100% packet loss and timeout.

Otherwise everything works, my network is all up, all devices see the internet, TV1 TV2, all PCs, cells etc. and the only issue I tried to troubleshoot was the printer, that needs its own unique ip.

Can someone please explain to me - why it does that?
