Model: AP200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.1.7 Build 20240819 Rel. 44148(5553)

I currently have the following hardware
    a. Xfinity ARRIS  TG4482A v10 cable modem and Wi-Fi router
        WIFI 2.4 & 5.0 enabled
        SSID: ABC123! (for both 2.4 and 5.0)
        location: Downstairs
    b. tp-Link EAP225 v3
        WIFI 2.4 & 5.0 enabled
        Firmware: 5.1.7 Build 20240819 Rel. 44148(5553)
        Location: Upstairs

1. Is it possible to create a wireless mesh with ONLY the two devices above
    - if so, where can I locate the documentation on setting up the configuration

2. If a wireless mesh, using only SSID ABS123!, is not possible and only using the hardware above, what recommendation are there
for a configuration, using ONLY the hardware above, that would allow to use the same SSID to be seamlessly used
    when roaming around the house?

3. what other recommendation would there be to effectively use only the hardware above, to provide
    wifi coverage throughout the house

EAP225 is part of Omada solution and it's not mesh compatible with  Xfinity ARRIS  TG4482A.

So your best bet is to use the same SSID for both devices and leave your wireless devices to decide which one to connect.

Besides, to build Omada mesh you'll need an Omada conrtroller (SW or HW based) - details.
