Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

I have moved and reset my extender and entered new password. the extender is findable but reads "sorry wrong password". I have updated firmware and reset it three times and still get "sorr, wrong password". Any suggestions are much appreciated.

To reset the RE hold the reset button for about 10 seconds or until the lights change.

When setting its administrative paswsord try to use only alphanumeric characters to exclude any special character issue.

I wasn't clear in my post but when I wrote "I have reset it" that is what I meant I was doing. Perhaps I am not holding it for a full 10 seconds. The instructions say hold it until the lights change. I will try a full 10 seconds and report back. Thanks for trying to help.
