Bought and set up device 4 days ago. Worked well . Yesterday however it stopped passing Wi-Fi. Unplugged and plugged back in and it worked. Today however it has four solid blue lights but unplugging and plugging back in doesn't change anything. 
 

main router is a Hughes and that is plugged into a UPS power supply.

any suggestions appreciated.  Device is a TP link RE700X
