Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.2.0 3.1.9 v6087.0 Build 240801 Rel.74863n

There's no way in my AX6000 to disable 5ghz, I have a device that will not connect to it but connects to my old router with 2.4 just fine.

I've checked all the options and there's no way to disable it, I'm on the latest firmware, can't do it in SSID 2 or 3 or guest either.

I checked the manual and it says it shold be there, but my page looks different to the manual

  @gazza81 Why would you want to disable it?  Let the old device connect on 2.4 and others connect on 5.

  @gazza81

Try going to basic settings and then to wireless.

  @ArcherC8 Nah, it's not in there either.

It turned out this wasn't the problem but it still would be nice to have for troubleshooting.

  @gazza81 Disable the Band steering, that should separate 2.4 and 5.

  @DVair

by chance do you have a setting for smart connect and is it turned on. If so, turn it off and control each band.

your display looks different than the emulator for that router.

  @ArcherC8 I did a quick search on Band Steering and it seems to be the same as Smart connect.  The screenshot shows it enabled, so if the OP disables it he should have separate 2.4 and 5 settings to work with.
