After successfull setup to Internet we started experiencing packet loss and high latency with multiple devices. PS5 game is experiencing high latency and packet loss when kid plays his fortnite game. I can see the lag and packet loss. This then also seems to affect wired PC and also a wired TV. Worked with TP-Link support to go over firmware and setting and also to setup QOS. Also worked with ISP to increase bandwidth. Tried changing the PS5 from wired to wireless and issue still happens. I read a review from another user that stated there might be a communication software on the motherboard for the switch ports that could be causing this? anyone familiar with this issue? I swapped back to my old Linksys E9500 router and issue stopped. I like the router and hope i can find a fix for this issue before my resturn window runs out.

Quote from Amazon reviewer:

"it was a piece of communication based software used by the motherboards 10 and 2.5 gigabit ports"
