Updated firmware from version 1.1x to 1.3.1, and now Apple TV will not work. Netflix and Prime work but are now buffering. Internet speed test is consistent with speeds prior to upgrade (800 down/400 up).

No visible settings have been changed, and have power cycled the router. 

I have tested disabling SPI firewall and flow control settings but they don't make a difference. 

Is there a way to roll back the firmware, or is this a known issue with a workaround. The only information provided with this update was to improve wireless performance but there are no details about what changed and performance is actually degraded. Are there known issues with this version of firmware?
