Hey there, I am using windows 10 and I use a laptop so I opened it up once to put more ram in it and I don't know what I did but the Bluetooth connectivity sucked but my WiFi was still fine so I bought this and installed the drivers and followed all the steps in the paper that was included and I paired my headphones (Sony Wh-ch520) and it connected but it doesn't show up, just for the record my headphones pair perfectly fine with other devices and works properly, do you think I will just need to put in a new Bluetooth/WiFi chip (it's by intel).
