I've having intermittent internet issues with loading pages and maintaining connect during virtual meetings. Speedtest is great both wired and wireless (>1GB). I downloaded PingPlotter and its showing around 50% packet loss at the router (I think) at 192.168.0.1. I updated firmware and rebooted but still the same. I'm assuming this could be part of the issue but I'm no expert. 

 

Any ideas?

As a test, connect your pc direct to the modem and then run your ping test. If you still get dropouts, then look at the modem or ISP. 
 

If good, put the router back in and the test with wifi off and only the pc connected via Ethernet. If good add things to see when it fails.

 

Be sure your pc is not trying to backup to the cloud during the tests.
