Firmware Download
Before Upgrading
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the pre-release firmware!
(2) For the sake of insurance, it's always recommended to save a copy of the router Backup Config file before upgrading or downgrading.
(3) You may follow the guide to upgrade the firmware of your router. How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers.
(4) This pre-release firmware for Archer BE800 V1 can be applied to all versions (EU/US/JP/TW/etc.).
(5) This version of software can be degraded to the previous version.
(6) To use the new 3-band MLO connection, both the router and client device must support Wi-Fi 7 and 3-band MLO. Please note that most Wi-Fi 7 smartphones and network adapters may only support 2.4GHz + 5GHz or 2.4GHz + 6GHz when connecting to the MLO Network.
(7) US Users: Pre-Release and Beta firmware are to be used at your own discretion. We cannot guarantee the functionality of features or technical support for Pre-Release or Beta Firmware.

@AXJ The old 6 stuff will see the SSID for MLO but won't be able to take advantage of the new things implimented for wifi7. I have my MLO as a seperate SSID.

I've found that Google Home from a phone on normal/MLO network has problem finding units on the IoT network. To connect and control I need to put my phone(s) on the same network, dont remember having this behaviour before? +30 units on the IoT network on the 2.4ghz band. Spotify Connects also seems extremly slow connecting. Routersettings more or less out the box with 2,4gbz IoT, "normal" network and MLO for my 4 Wifi7 Clients. Totaly + 40 units in all.
Bought this router when it was on its first firmware, always having trouble with IoT units disconnecting from network but not communicating when they are connected.

@Ryan Router been running 31 days straight with Beta firmware, no issues have been encountered.

Something I have noticed with this beta. When I have a scheduled reboot of my router once a week it will turn off my client VPN. I have to manually re-enable it.
