Wired devices connected to satellite units shown as offline in Deco app
Got Deco XE75 Pro 3-pack setup. Everything went smoothly except that the wired devices connected to satellite units are always shown as offline in Deco app. Wired devices connected to main unit are in online state correctly.
- All wired (and wireless) devices are getting dynamic IP. No static IP reserves.
- All the wired (and wireless) devices do NOT have connection issue. The wired devices are able to connect to internet even in the app they appear offline. They are NOT in "sleep" (low-power) mode, as I'm actively using these PC.

Hi @Tom_Sheen,
Welcome to the community.
Are the wired devices using Randomized MAC addresses? Or any type of configuration or software that may mask their identity in the DHCP Client List?
If so, this may result in duplicate entries for the devices under a different MAC address showing as offline despite the device being connected and online.
If you are able, can you share a little more information about the connected clients, and your client list in the Deco app (omitting any sensitive information, of course)?

@Ryan Thank you for your reply.
The wired devices are not using randomized MAC addresses. There is no configuration or software to mask MAC addresses. Here are the description of wired devices on each XE75 Pro hub.
Main: 1. Desktop PC running Linux; 2. Raspberry Pi. (Both shown online in Deco app)
Satellite 1: 1. Desktop PC running Windows 11; 2. Android smart TV; 3. Onkyo network-enabled receiver (All shown offline in Deco app even when actively using internet traffic)
Satellite 2: 1. Laptop running Windows 11; 2. Laptop running Windows 10 (Both shown offline in Deco app even when actively using internet traffic)
All these wired deviced are WIFI capable but with WIFI disabled on the devices. The Deco app does shown their WIFI being offline as expected.
The status of all wireless devices are shown correctly, across all 3 hubs. Those wireless devices include printer, tablets, phones, washer/dryer, robot vaccums, thermostat, security cameras.

After power-cycle one of the satellite unit, all the wired devices are shown as online now. Case closed. Some tricky bug in the software somewhere.

Thanks for the update! Since the behavior changed following a power cycle, I'll pass this along to our engineers so they can look into it as well.

This is also occurring with my modem -> AXE75 -> AXE75 (satellite/easymesh/ap - not sure what to call it anymore?).
Have tried rebooting, accessing directly and changing mode, deleting auto satellite/easymesh/ap setup and re-doing satellite/easymesh/ap setup.
Nothing seems to work.
Is satellite/easymesh/ap on the AXE75 pro-sumer ready or should I be looking for some other solution?
Just trying to not spend any more time on this - time = money. Do we need to hire an SME to get this setup?
Apologize, just very frustrated at this point. Need to wrap Xmas gifts.
