Thank you... and on another note, I see my Ring doorbell will not function correctly on MLO either (2.4GHz band only), that's a bummer!  I'm sure future Ring doorbells may incorporate this newer tech, to allow people to facilitate the use of MLO with all devices around there homes... though 2.4Ghz broadcasts the farthest to my knowledge and perhaps an issue there with larger homes.  At any rate, would be nice to get MLO sorted out, really like the speed increase.

I should think they have someone reading forum posts... it would behoove them to do so, to stay current with product issues, thus keeping their market share alive.  If your products get continual poor reviews due to issues you're not aware of, really bad for business.

Sorry... the GE800 (BE19000) router.  Very nice unit, would buy again.  Looks like a ship from Star Wars.

Also, I would agree with you on this issue... you'd think they would take notice and at least acknowledge / respond / let the group know they are working on a resolution / etc.

On your X fold 6... what OS / build are you presently running (since it is not showing the same issues as 16 Pro Max and my S24 Ultra)? sweeks888

  @Sweeks888

I contacted support yesterday using the online chat; they couldn't resolve the issue, so they sent me an email with the tech team attached as a recipient. they had requested some tests: (currently I'm out of state but once I'm back home I will send it out)

*****"For consultation and comparison, Please provide us a screenshot of the following:

  1. Connect a PC to the modem directly via ethernet  and get speed and link speed

  2. Connect a PC to the router directly via ethernet and get speed and link speed

  3. Connect a PC to the router directly via Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5g) and get speed and link speed"*****

******"Also, Please provide us the following:

1. Screenshot of the QOS settings

2. Model of the modem

3. TP-Link account

4. Firmware version of the router

5. The picture of the Product's Serial Number/SN which is located on the label of the product itself or the package box.

6. An image of the invoice that shows the name of the store, purchase date, the unit and price"********

I will try sending over more extensive testing with logs including 6, 6E, and maybe 2 different wifi7 devices to see if they can resolve the issue sooner.

I'm planning to run Networkminer and Wireshark to see if there are package drop or ping-related issues.

I can try running WaveMon to watch signal, noise levels, and packet stats but my Linux doesn't have a wifi7 card SMH. (maybe I can find one that work with Linux)

One thing to remember is that many of these new routers are NOT WIFI7 certified, many of them firmware upgrades that haven't been issued yet.  I have the wifi 7 adapter but its not certified and doesn't support MLO with current drivers.  Will have to keep looking for updates to enable all the features.

for some reason my post didnt.. post.. 🤓

so i thought the ge800 was wifi 7 certfied?

ive gota 3 year old laptop with wifi 7 card in it that has no problem seeing mlo. im getting ~1.8 download ~1.6 upload. ive got a minipc with a self installed wifi 7 card and gets smiliar speeds, same for my z fold 6. apple does not seem to like the many ssid's the mlo network has in it. i dont think the 16pm 1tb has the logic to connect to different bands at will. i think its more an apple thing. the op who has the 24 ultra - maybe this can be solved with a firmware update from samsung or maybe they wait until the next version. the z fold 6 has no issues seeing and staying connected to wifi 7.
