Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.6 build 20240724 rel. 12326

Eventhough all 5 "satelitte" deco's are conected via ethernet tp-link gigabit switches to the main deco be11000 which is conected to a google fiber modem, some connect via ethernet and most connect via wifi. Is there a way to force the satellites to connect to the main deco (router) via ethernet?

The be11000 is expected to use all possible media for backhaul, you cannot control that.
If ethernet and wifi are both available, it is expected to use both simultaneously.
