I have the Deco AX1500 WiFi router and only need to  use a single unit for strong signal though my house.  I need to use parental controls to block YouTube from a Roku express connnected to a TV. The Roku will not open any streaming services if it is listed as device under the parental controls profile. 
the Deco unit is new, it has been updated.  The Roku is updated. All other parental web filters have been switched to "allowed". There is no bedtime settings. and only YouTube sites has been added to specific block list.  The Roku will only launch streaming services if the device is removed from the parental controls and they will launch immediately when I remove the Roku express from the parental control via my smartphone deco app. 
 

any suggestions?
