Will not log me in with my password on my device
Just install this modem I tried to log in with my password not the wireless but the router password and it says incorrect password although I could log on to the website with it I can do anything but I cannot set up my modem because of this

How come nobody's answering me I'm not even getting any support at all and it's been 2 weeks.

Are to talking about your modem or your router which is two different things unless you are using gateway?
some have reported an issue to signing on to their modem when using a TP Link router.
Some report signing on issues to the router itself.
Are you using the procedure as outlined in the user guide?
Did you change the address prefixes in the router that is prefixed with 192.168 ?

It's the router. When I first got it. I created an account then attempted to set up the router with the app. when I go to the step asking for the router's password, not wifi password, it gave an error saying it's not the correct password, yet I was able to login to this website using the same password.
Two weeks and no response from this forum, so I left a message.
So today I tried my old router again resetting it and it still would not pick up internet, so I gave up on that, I then tried the new router again. I was logged in on my phone but couldn't get on with any other device, so I hard wired everything, except cell phone. All hard wire devices work. Later I checked on my phone the app for the router and the wifi passwords were not what I made them.
Everything is working now, so time will tell.
