I have tried all i can and all I can get after driver install through legacy devices in Device manager is this


 

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The request is not supported.

Widows didnt recognize the adapter when windows booted up . Card is in a my second 16x PCI-e slot all others are 1x slots i have left.
Dont know if that makes a difference or not?
