RE220 Failue
As has been posted by many customers, this model will flash green, then solid green, then all lights flash (including red). Will not extend range. Defective product. Can't find firmware version 1.6. Please advise.

Would you mind pointing out these other posts? I am not familiar with any recent posts about the RE220 failing, especially nothing about Version 1, which launched back in 2019. For the V1.6 specifically, I do not have records of that model being released in the US. That would be why there is no content on our website for it. However, you can look at the firmware for the V1. The V1 and V1.6 are the same hardware. The .6 in the version number indicates the manufacturing location. Other than that they are the same device so the firmware for V1 will work on V1.6.
