My wi fi was slow. So ISP suggested restart on my router. ISP also told me to check firmware on router. When I did, it said I had an update from July which I think installed completely. After that, it won't connect. Several calls to ISP. They have no idea. Telling me to replace the router. So I did a factory reset on the router. All lights are green but it still won't connect to modem. HELP PLEASE...
