Good evening folks!

 

I have a W2400 that was being used as the main Deco that is now showing a solid red light. 

 

I was able to reset all my other units and start over and build a new network and set another unit as the main Deco and get my home network back in action. 

 

However, this particular unit will not reset. No matter what I try it remains solid red after it boots. 

 

Is there anything else I can try to force a reset so that I can put it back to use?

How did you reset it via the deco app? Or by pressing and holding the button on the bottom of your deco for 1 second?

I attempted to reset it with the reset button on the bottom of the device. It won't connect so I can't do anything with the app. My other decos were all reset with the button on the bottom.
