I also am having these issues. Have you had an update on sending them the map of your home and where the decos are located? I recently bought more decos to add thinking that was the problem but if he is saying it might be that then I need to take them out. I have so many decos because my house is in the larger side. I even have two outdoor ones because my internet wont go outside. I tried setting these up as access points or as WiFi routers and the issues remain.

Any info or results on this.....I just returned my XE4900 system for same problems. It screwewed up my whole network! I have several Kasa switches, many Eufy Cams, wiz stuff along with all the other everyday stuff like TVs and computers!

I believe I had a similar problem with an older deco M4 system too (which was in a different house!

I sent back my XE4900 and was thinking on grabbing a BE11000...but I worry I will have the same problem. Just reinstalled my whole network that got screwed up (dozens of KASA light switches and 20+ Eufy Cams with 2 Homebases) back onto my old Google wifi mesh, and having no probs....so it was the Decos!

I had the netgar orbi system and when I had a power surge I would loose all but 38-50 devices and they would all fight for the working spots so if a device stopped working it was because somthing else was working

now with the deco a reboot of both the device and the mesh system it mostly fixes them however that still sucks.

the latest firmware update did fix alot of the isues but I feel the devices need to better job of load balancing ....because the main BE95 boots up first it gets hit the hardest with 80ish devices and one of the satalite XE5300 only gets 5 devices all back haul wired and it is sitting in the middle of 10-15 devices

at the moment i have 135 clients 92 smart devices and 20 offline devices

I also flipp back and forth between the tapo and the kasa app because I have 2 or 3 devices that dont like the tapo app

I would recoment keeping an eye out for a good sale and getting the be11000 I have the ability to use the sfp port and the wired backhaul so that was a big plus i also think the signel is a bit more powerfull so you can get away with less of them

We should in no way have to constantly reset and fix our networks just because of power loss or iot's randomly dropping out and never coming back unless you do a factory reset to the device! I got so frustrated that I was about to switch out all my kasa switches back to normal ones. I did find a great deal on a be11000 3 pack for $300 on eBay new...but I don't want to get it and the same problem persists and not be able to return. For $400, Amazon has be63/be10000 which is basically the same (looks like they even share firmware)...for 100 more I will have a legit warranty and ability to get a refund!
