Is dedicating WiFi6E as wireless backhaul gone from the XE75 Pro?
When I set up my three unit XE75 Pro network I dedicated WiFi6 as wireless backhaul. When I check the app now I find WiFI6E disabled and no option to use it as wireless backhaul. Has that option been removed or am i just missing it?
If it turns out this now is automated will it use 6E for backhaul even if 6E is disabled in the app?

A new firmware version for the hardware version of your Deco was released on September 11, 2024, which may have addressed your issue. However, the release notes only indicate "Modifications and Bug fixes," so it is difficult to confirm whether your specific problem has been resolved.
You can download it from the page below
https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/deco-xe75-pro/v2/#Firmware
You may also consider reverting your firmware to a previous version by downloading it from the link provided above.
Please refer to the instructions below for upgrading or rolling back your firmware.
To perform the update, please access the Deco web interface by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Then navigate to Advanced > System > Firmware Update, click on 'Browse,' select the firmware BIN file, and click on 'Upgrade.'

@HelpFixDecoApp Thanks. I see now on my units it says US/2.6. It is still the same firmware version I should download and install?

Since your hrdware versons is 2.6 you will want to download the newest firmware here

@HelpFixDecoApp Similar concerns here except I have two XE75 Pro (2.6) and one XE70 Pro (3.6).
All are running 1.2.11, and 1.2.12 is only available for XE75

Should I update the XE75 Pro's anyway?

I would like to offer a suggestion for your consideration. Some users have successfully resolved their issues by upgrading their firmware, while others have found it necessary to downgrade their firmware to restore functionality.
Please note that the results may vary depending on the specific model of your device. If you decide to upgrade your firmware and continue to experience difficulties, I recommend rolling back to a previous version and testing the device again. If the problem persists, you may need to revert to an earlier firmware version once more.

@HelpFixDecoApp I have now installed the firmware upgrade suggested above and further down in this thread V2.6_1.2.12 Build 20240813. It says that one of the new features is:
"Open the 6 GHz frequency band to clients."
But what about the setting to choose to dedicate the 6E band for backhaul? That is gone. So how is Wi-Fi backhaul handled in this firmware? Is it totally automatic, or is all Wi-Fi backhauil now handled on Wi-Fi 5 band while the Wi-Fi 6E is dedicated to 6E enabled devices?
Also, if I set the 6E SSID to the same as 5 and 2,4 will 6E enabled devices pick a 6E connection over 5? The details around this upgrade is murky and I no longer understand how it works.

I would recommend this post on backhaul issues as a lot of people are not happy with how it's working
