Model: Deco X68
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

My deco drops connection with my new Macbook Pro M3 multiple times a month. I am running sonoma 14.6.1. There is no problem connecting to other devices in my home. This always happens soon after I shut down and reboot for other reasons. Ultimately, I have to reboot the router and reboot the computer. I do not know what hardware version the mesh network is because It dopesn't say in the app. Please advice.

You can find the hardware version on the bottom of your deco unit

Also please ensure that your network is configured according to either the first or second examples in this image: https://static.tp-link.com/upload/faq/image-20240329074344-12_20240329144345n.png.

  @HelpFixDecoApp

Thanks for responding. My firmware is up to date and the devices are properly connected. Here is the information on the bottom of the main hub: MAC:CO-06-C3-F2-1A-77; DECO_1A77.

Thanks for your help.
