Unable to fetch WAN IP when connected to the Modem.

 

Worked for more than a year and suddenly stopped working. When i connect my old eero routers, they are working fine

 

T/S steps so far:

1) Rebooted devices- not resolved

2) factory reset and added new network- not resolved

3) swapped the satellites to make it as the main router- not resolved

 

i ran out of ideas and opened a ticket with tp-link- pending response.

 

please post any ideas or any troubleshooting steps to try.. thanks in advance

Have you considered reverting your firmware to an earlier version to determine if that resolves the issue? You can find the necessary steps in the post linked below.
