For some reason, on certain phones and computers, I cannot connect properly to the internet using the wifi created by my TP Link Deco.  The computer will say it is offline.  And when I go into wifi settings, I see that action is needed, sign in is required.  I click on that and it brings me to an MSN website that is actually connected to the internet.  But no other apps think that the wifi is working.

On one particular phone, I get the same issue: sign in is required.  And it doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I haven't set up parental controls at all.  Thanks!
