Hi, thanks for your update.
Sorry to hear that the issue remains. In your last reply, you mentioned "I don't like to go back to test because its running now perfect without easy mesh.", so I thought you may not need help anymore.
For your situation, can you go back to your original network topology to reproduce the problem at the beginning, and we will escalate your case to the engineering team for further analysis?

I don't like to go back because its a lot of work. The workarround is now good enough, now 1 time a day, instead of every 15 minutes no internet connection.
Only the master has to be put off and on. The slaves have no problem.
Workarround is, put slaves in Access Point Mode and connect them wired to the master. Once a day no internet connection.
When you do connect the slaves with easy connect, than you get the problem every 15 minutes no internet connection.

Hi, besides the information above we need to confirm, can you try to use two satellite routers to set up Easymesh network (remove the current main router with old firmware version, set up one satellite as new main router, and another satellite as satellite router)? Then check whether the issue remains.
Thanks for your cooperation!

I like to test an update, I will reserve one of my devices. I should be nice if I could do a rollback again after testing new firmware if needed.

Hello,
I recently upgraded my Archer C80 (US 2.20) to 1.14.0 Build 240617 Rel.39521n(5553). Now after the update the wifi connection loses internet connection and gets fixed after I restart the router. Is there any way to go back to the previous firmware? I tried factory resetting and it doesn't work.
Please Help. I have already emailed for support.....
