I've been using a streaming service called Viki for over a year now. All of a sudden it says im using a VPN/proxy. I know I am not using one. So I'm wondering if it's a problem with my router since I've seen something similiar posted in the community before regarding Viki.
I cannot think of anything that would trigger such a warning, unless you have configured the VPN feature of your router.
If you are outside the service region for the service, it could be possible that this is the error that is presented. Double Check that the companies served regions did not change.
The setting you would likely want to try changing would be the DNS server of your network. This is the server/route outside of your network that your traffic will go through. You should consider changing this to a common service such as Google's 8.8.8.8 or Cloudflares DNS server to see if this was what was causing the false detection.
