I have three Deco M5's, The primary unit has firmware build 2.5.10. The other m5's units have 1.7.4. I have tried doing an update and I get a message back saying system is up-up-to-date., Do all of the units need to be at the same firmware level?

Check your primary Deco unit bottom sticker for the FW region and HW version - If it's Deco M5 the latest FW release should be v1.7.4 - check this thread for details.
