Deco X55 only displays smart device clients

I've noticed that sometimes the client list only displays the Kasa smart IoT devices but not any other connected devices. It seems to have started to do this after the firmware update that let the device look up the manufacturer information for connected devices. Note that all clients are still connected, they're just not showing up on the list. This includes non-Kasa brand smart bulbs I have.
I'm only using one WiFi network for all devices and I have a few satellite routers connected through a managed switch. I'm guessing this is a bug in the new firmware but would appreciate any advice.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log here:
Can you also send some pictures of your network map on the Deco APP, such as:
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP sent an email with the logs and some screenshots. I forgot to attach the network map so I've added that here. Note all satellite Decos are attached by Ethernet backhaul through managed switches, but they have been this way for awhile and the client list was populated correctly beforehand.

Hi, Thank you very much and the log has been received.
It has been forwarded to the senior engineers for further assistance. Please check the email later for more suggestions.
By the way, may I know how many online clients you have connected to the Deco Mesh system?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP having this same issue on X55 and X50 Outdoor network. Seeing 1 online client which is a TP Link switch. Was working fine with 50-60 listed clients earlier in the morning.
Can't update firmware as not had the push and can't access web portal.
Devices all functioning thankfully.

Are you trying to access the web ui via the IP or the web link?

When you try either by the IP or the web ui are you getting any error messages?

@TJS89 I am having this same issue. I have 30 connected devices and the app only shows 8 connected and they are all Kasa devices (smart plugs, bulbs etc...) None of my other 20+ devices show up in the Deco app even though they are all online. My Deco X55 system is only about 1 month old. It consists of 3 X55 Decos. If I reboot everthing the Deco app will show all 30 connected devices but after a few hours or a day it will go back to just showing the 8. This only started after the most recent firmware update.

I have exactly the same issue, 8 tp-link outlets/lights showing, should be about 35 devices. Three X 55 units, 1 main to router, 2 wifi slaves. If I reboot I see them all, later only 8.

Your post fits my situation exactly. I could have written it word for word. You saved me the time. I'm glad it's not just me or something I did. So I guess I'll live with it until someone posts a fix, that works.
