I have a 2 node BE85 mesh system that my Windows 11 desktop with MediaTek MT7927 (Driver Version 5.3.0.17.36) Wireless LAN, cannot connect to.  The MLO and the 5GHZ SSID's work fine but the 6GHZ option always says "Can't Connect To This Network". I've tried rolling back the drivers several iterations, and that has not helped.  I've change the password but that hasn't helped.  The Security is set to WPA3. 

 

My Samsung S22 Ultra with Android 14 connects to the 6hz SSID just fine.  Please assist.

This was user error on my part.  I set the connection preference for my PC for 5ghz which only allowed 5ghz connections.  Once I set it to AUTO, the 6ghz worked.  My apologies.

Have you checked whether MediaTek MT7927 connects to the 5GHz or 6GHz band under the MLO network?

If we enable the Guest Network of 6GHz, will it be able to connect the Guest network?

It only connects to the 5GHZ under MLO, not the 6ghz.

I enabled the Guest Network and my PC connects to the Guest 6ghz network successfully using OWE and WPA3.

So that means there's an issue with the non guest network 6ghz wifi.

And the 6ghz guest kicks me off and disconnects after a few minutes each time so it's not working either.

I received the support ticket and followed the instructions of upgrading the firmware, but the error still exists.  No change.
